My car was in for a recall for the emissions at one point i was told they had mixed up the booking and hadn't started the work and the work was going to run into the next day

Quick check in. Called to say car was ready. A bit disappointed that tyre pressures aren't checked and rectified on a £400 service. I knew the notification was on screen at start up and deliberately hadn't rectified myself. Wasn't reported.

Fault was not found, their clear made no sense claiming the rattle was due to passenger seat belt position. The rattle existed when passenger was wearing seatbelt - the annoying noise I think was from behind front door panel.

I still haven't got my car

I booked car in for mot for the 7th July, then got a call to advise me it was not due until August in error , I accepted then checked again with your service team who confirmed the 7th July was the correct date, car out of mot for over a week
